OFFA Refund Policy

All registrations for Ohio Flag Football Academy programs, camps, clinics, and events are non-refundable.
Because we secure facilities, staff, equipment, and insurance based on the number of registered participants, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including schedule changes, illness, injury, or personal conflicts.

If an event must be postponed or rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances outside our control, all registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. If a full event cancellation occurs, participants may receive a credit toward a future Ohio Flag Football Academy program.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
